In collaboration with Nexus Real Estate, Graziosi Progetti made a design for a new pearl in the Utrecht office landscape. The building is situated on a strategic location between the motorway and the historic center of Utrecht. The Avenue building will be completely renovated in the first half of 2021, using light materials and a refined finish, such as beautiful wood accents, subtle gold details and white marble. This will result in a comfortable working environment and business meeting place with the feeling of a five-star hotel.
